====== Laser Cutter ======

I bought a [[https://www.vevor.com.au/laser-engraving-machine-c_11141/80w-co2-laser-engraver-engraving-cutter-carving-printing-machine-500-700mm-au-p_010106534619|Vevor 80W CO₂ Laser Cutter]]! The immediate goal is cutting up solar cells for [[projects:blinker:work_logs:8_solar_cells#failure|my Blinker project]], but I've wanted one for a while for other reasons.

I went for an 80W model to give me some headroom for cutting different materials. This model comes with a 700x500mm bed, air assist, (non-coaxial) red dot, motorised bed height and exhaust extraction. The only feature it doesn't have that would be nice is a coaxial red dot, but that's not a show-stopper.
